We are a group of people from many different backgrounds coming together to support one another in mindfulness. We are part of a worldwide network of communities inspired by the teachings and practices of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

Our beloved teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, Thay, passed away peacefully at Từ Hiếu Temple in Huế, Vietnam, on 22nd January, 2022, at the age of 95. We invite our global spiritual family to take a few moments to be still, to come back to our mindful breathing, as we together hold Thay in our hearts in peace and loving gratitude for all he has offered the world.

We are all Thay’s continuation.

We offer this website as a contribution to helping strengthen your practice, wherever you are.
